Published fees are starting points. The final placement fee may vary based on role seniority, compensation, specialization, location, and search complexity, and will be agreed before a search begins.
Published response, kickoff, shortlist, and search-update timelines are service targets rather than guarantees. Timing may vary with role complexity, talent availability, client feedback, and changes to the agreed Search Brief.
The $500 search activation payment, placement balance, Partner Program eligibility, and any replacement commitment are governed by the written engagement agreement. A replacement commitment is a new search under the agreed conditions; it is not a refund or a guarantee of employee performance or tenure.
Partner Program savings are calculated against the otherwise applicable fee after that fee is confirmed in dollars. A confirmed $5,000 fee becomes $4,500 with 10% Partner savings or $4,250 with 15% Partner savings. Savings are not percentage-point deductions, and tiers do not stack: the tier applicable to a search replaces any earlier tier. SurPrime determines the applicable flat fee, percentage fee, or minimum before applying eligible savings. Eligibility, timing, exclusions, and the search sequence are confirmed in writing before each search begins.
Any Signature Search, Managed Talent, or other engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between SurPrime Talent and the client.
