SurPrime Talent collects the information you submit through our contact form so we can review your request, recommend a practical next step, and communicate with you about our services.
Hiring Lab calculations run in your browser. Calculator inputs are not sent to SurPrime unless you choose to request a search plan. If you submit that request, the tool used, your result, and the relevant inputs are included so we can respond in context.
To understand whether the Hiring Lab is useful, we record anonymous session-level events such as opening, starting, or completing a diagnostic, requesting a search plan, sharing a result, or downloading a result card. These events may include the tool, language, and campaign source, but do not include your diagnostic answers, name, email, IP address, or user agent.
We may collect your name, work email, company, website, department, hiring timeline, role needs, and any operational details you choose to share. We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed by trusted tools we use to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and manage business communications. We keep information only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes.
